Our Story
Jack of All Trees began like many great Australian businesses. With one man, a solid work ethic and a desire to build something better.
Jack of All Tree’s founder, Tyson Brown, started as a sole trader in the tree industry over 20 years ago. Back then, it was just him, a Ute, a chainsaw, and a lot of determination. He built his early business the hard way, job by job and handling every part of the work himself. Clients quickly learned that Tyson was reliable, skilled, honest, and always left their property better than he found it.
After nearly a decade of working solo, Tyson saw an opportunity to grow. He invested in high-end machinery, assembled a crew he could trust, and officially established Jack of All Trees.
Operations
As the company expanded, Tyson spent more time on management, planning, and growing the business. He still personally quotes every job and remains closely involved in operations, ensuring that every project reflects the values the company was built on: safety, integrity, community, customer care, and getting the job done right.
Scaling the business
Over the years, Jack of All Trees has grown from a backyard operation to a recognised tree services provider trusted by homeowners, builders, property managers, and facility maintenance teams. We now take on everything from local garden work to large-scale removals near infrastructure and buildings. All while keeping our standards high and our service personal.
Celebrating 10 years
In 2025, we celebrate 10 years as a registered business and nearly two decades of real industry experience. While we’re proud of how far we’ve come, we’re even more excited about what’s ahead. With a qualified team, a strong community reputation, and a clear vision for future growth in council and state government projects.

Tyson – Owner & Estimator
Tyson manages the day-to-day operations and the team, quotes every job himself, and helps on-site when needed.
Julianah – Customer Service
Julianah is our customer service expert and answers all phone calls, emails and website enquiries, making sure our clients feel looked after from the first contact.
Kellie – Office & Accounts
Kellie looks after our admin work, invoicing, and more complex customer enquiries and ensures the business’s back end runs smoothly.
Sam – Apprentice Tree Climber
Sam handles pruning, stump grinding, and tree removals, learning from the best and growing every day in the trade.
Kole – Subcontractor
Kole performs the same on-site work as the crew, helping the team scale up for larger jobs or peak periods.

The team of four worked so well together to get the tree down, cut the wood up for us and remove all excess.
